Getting into this yakiniku place was weird. There was no host, and everyone just stood around inside. It wasn't clear where to wait. Yes, they said “wait outside” and leave us with nothing more information. It’s would be nice they said “wait here” or provide any information board on the door.
Luckily, the wait itself wasn't long.
Ordering was a breeze thanks to the tablet system. We could order as much or as little as we wanted, when we wanted. The prices were reasonable, and the seasonal menu items were a nice surprise – definitely worth trying!
The service was a mixed bag. Some staff were friendly and helpful, but one server in particular was quite rough. She placed dishes on the table with a loud bang, which was unpleasant (twice). But other servers were much gentler.
In short, the food and ordering experience were good. The service, however, was inconsistent, and the initial lack of clear waiting instructions was confusing. If you're okay with that, you'll probably enjoy the food.

This made me feel like I had done something wrong when I was simply confused.
It was disappointing to be treated this way. I hope the restaurant considers training or feedback for this staff member. Aside from that, I would love to visit again for the great food and...
Read moreThe atmosphere is pleasant, but the young staff could be more helpful. Their lack of attentiveness contributes to the space feeling very unclean and disorganized. The overall cleanliness is quite poor, and the bags provided for personal belongings are dirty, even showing signs of mold, which is concerning and not up to the standard I would expect in Japan. While they offer a wide variety of beef options, the pork selection is somewhat lacking. Despite these issues, the food remains consistently good, just like at other branches, so I’m giving them four stars...
