Found this place via google reviews & was so happy to have made the effort - what great sushi! Everything is very fresh, well prepared and so very tasty. You’re there for the food, not the decor, and the service is friendly and hospitable. Mawaru Sushi Ichiba is a gem in Fukuoka. The sushi here is impressively fresh, with every piece tasting clean and flavorful, just as good as what you’d expect from a high-end spot but at a very affordable price. My best sushi shop in Japan, i have come to Japan almost 10 times, but this shop showed me the quality of ingredient that they used especially for sushi.
