This elegant restaurant upholds high standards in classic French cuisine, delivered with finesse and precision. The calm, continental-style setting is beautifully appointed—posh linen, artful decor, and an ambiance that invites you to slow down and savour.

The food was delicious across the board, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert—each course thoughtfully composed and elegantly presented.

Service was a highlight. Special mention goes to the sommelier, whose warm hospitality and professionalism greatly enhanced the evening (apologies for missing his name).

這間法餐位於博多高島屋(TAKASHIMAYA)二樓，當天找了一陣子才找到這間店，因為門口看起來很不像是餐廳，更像是藝術品店或是高級spa館😆，好險當天不太熱我們不是穿短褲拖鞋過來的😅。

點好酒水以後第一道finger food是類似塔/泡芙的鹹甜小點心，酥脆的口感搭配上鹹甜的慕斯餡料，每次我都很期待法餐的finger food😊；再來的馬鈴薯湯也是讓人驚喜，明明只是馬鈴薯🥔湯，但喝起來有蔬果的清甜，搭配旁邊的鰻魚跟鮪魚，每一口都好吃到恰到好處！

再來的兩道海鮮從擺盤到口感也深得我心，魚子醬蘆筍冷蝦及石斑魚蛤蠣，冷蝦佐了一點橄欖油、石斑魚搭配了一點微苦的蔬菜醬料，每吃一口都讓我們打從內心深處的讚嘆😌。

主菜的部分是牛肉！！雖然顏色淡到我一度以為他是豬肉，服務生解釋說這是用剛出生的小牛肉製成的，這牛本牛都還沒吃過草就變成桌上的一盤菜了🥹，雖然有點殘忍，但真的很好吃😅。

除了正餐之外，他們的麵包簡直無敵，甜點也是可圈可點；其中有一道甜點很像Mojito，微酸加點薄荷味超級清爽好吃🤩；等到我以為都要吃完了，服務生端上一個甜點寶盒讓我們挑選，還很貼心的說可以全部都要🤣，螞蟻人如我當然是每一樣都品嚐了，第一次遇到餐後和菓子準備的如此大方認真的餐廳🙌🏻。

服務的部分也很讚，服務生是一位很熱情爽朗的日本女生，英文很好而且很用心的介紹每一道餐點，是個靈魂跟口腹之慾都超級滿足的一餐😊。

Excited to introduce a charming French restaurant located in Hakata! We almost missed this secret spot, mistaking its unique entrance for an art gallery or a chic spa 😆. Lucky for us, it wasn't too hot and we weren't dressed in shorts and flip-flops 😅.

The meal kicked off with delightful finger food, a crispy, savory-sweet pastry filled with mousse, followed by a surprising potato soup 🥔. Sweet with fruits and vegetables, it paired perfectly with eel and tuna, each bite a delight!

The seafood courses were impressive, especially the caviar with asparagus, cold shrimp, and grouper with clams. The flavors were meticulously balanced, each mouthful a taste revelation 😌.

The main course was veal, so tender and young 🥹. Despite the ethical dilemma, it was undeniably tasty 😅. The bread and desserts were equally spectacular, especially a Mojito-like dessert that was tangy with a hint of mint 🤩. A generous dessert box ended the meal, offering us everything!

The service is outstanding, it felt like private dining. The waiters could anticipate our ever desire. My wife likes to drink hot water, and she was always topped up, and we never had to ask and hardly ever noticed!

We ordered their seasonal cocktail and it was one of the best cocktails I have ever had.

The wine pairing was on point and worked well with every dish.
