They served us appetizers in the picture me below (which we didn’t order) and they forced us to pay. It was 500¥ per serving. I haven’t seen something like this in other restaurants. I think they scammed us because we’re foreigners.

Casual and accessible sushi place that's open 24 hours. The quality of food is great in my standard and they have a wide range of shochu by glass. The restaurant wasn't too crowded, but the only (young looking) female waiter left without waiting for us to finish ordering.

She had so much attitude and didn't even bother giving us tea even after we sat there for 10 minutes.

If you're not happy you should quit, but I agree you belong in this pathetic basement.
