The ticket machine is user friendly and the staff helped us to circle on a form what is the hardness of the noodles we want, level of spiciness, whether we want spring onions and the richness of the noodles we would like. Danbo is one of the most global Japanese ramen chains, with locations across Asia and a couple in the US and China. I've been to the two Vancouver locations, so was keen on trying out one of the Fukuoka locations as this is where the chain started and Fukuoka is famous for its Tonkatsu ramen.

Very tasty Tonkotsu Ramen. A little salty soup but for those who loves the strong flavor soup then this Ramen is recommended. You can choose your noodle firmness at the counter.
