We got a little confused with the Google Maps directions, but eventually figured out how to get to the 3rd floor. We stopped in around 6pm for dinner and there was no line. The self-check in process was simple at the kiosk (which we toggled to English). It printed a ticket with our table number and we were on our way to endless sushi. Once seated we made our own tea with the matcha powder provided at the table using the hot water spigot. We observed a few plates come back before we started to indulge. When a dish that interests you comes by, but press the little tab at the bottom and the done pops open to give you access to the plate of sushi underneath. If you want something specific, you can order it on the touchscreen above the conveyor belts (ordered items will arrive on the top conveyor).
You get a chance at a prize for every five plates you consume. To play, just slide the plates into the return slot and the touchscreen will automatically count the plates. Once you hit five plates, an animation will play and let you know if you won anything. If yes, a capsule/ball will be dispensed from the machine above your table.
Overall the sushi was what you would expect from your typical conveyor sushi. For the special order items, they all came very quickly and beat their time estimates by a lot. Usually within a minute or two (vs estimate of 4 mins). Will definitely visit again if time permits...
Read moreVery disappointing experience. We took our number and waited for it to be called. They ended up having an issue with the system and had to reset it. When it was reset it had skipped ourselves and a few other people. As we had already been waiting an hour we walked up to the gentlemen at the counter and tried to ask what to do. He loudly shouted at us and pointed to the line. I get that there’s a disconnect with us not knowing the Japanese language, however he knew what was going on with the system and what had happened and then decided it would be best to act that way towards us and the other guests. We decided to leave since they were already accommodating the newly arrived guests and myself and the 10 other people that had gotten skipped over were just out of luck. Disappointing. Expected better...
Read moreGreat value 100Y sushi. (108 including tax). This place is not easy to find, you have to go to level 3 and walk around to find the entrance. Very busy at night time, we had to wait around 15-20 mins for a seat. Staff don't speak much english but that doesn't matter. You grab a ticket for a seat and when you sit down you order from a screen which has english. Great range of sushi and hot food ( like tempura, udon, meat, grilled fish dishes). If your having a break from eating michelin restaurant sushi or just want a cheap dinner this place is a great. Just note that when you pick up sushi here with your chopsticks, the rice may crumble underneath the fish - I don't think they take the time to pack the rice together into a solid rice cube but that's a...
