I ordered one of the house specialties — a pork and egg rice bowl. The toppings and presentation were equally impressive — tender slices of braised pork, egg, crisp scallions, and a touch of local spices that exploded with flavor in every bite! It felt both very comforting and refined.

What really stood out was the attention to detail. From the temperature of the bowl to the balance of flavors, everything was intentional. Even the side dishes — dumplings and the local French fries were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made in-house.

Hidden gem in Hiroshima not far from the Peace Memorial Park. The Aburasoba was delicious. When you order you can determine the level of spice. I would definitely return to this restaurant. 【他にはない独特な味わいがクセになるつけ麺】 《2025年8月再訪》 トマトだれつけ麺が気になったのでいただきました。 トマトだれは一気にとろみが増して、麺に濃厚に絡まるのがまたいい。冷製アラビアータのような、でもどこか和風・中華風のテイストもある面白いタレだった。もちろん大変美味しかった。つけ麺をこうしてアレンジするところは少ないので、チャレンジ精神が素晴らしい。 －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－

建物の階段を登って奥を曲がったところにオープンしている、落ち着いた雰囲気のつけ麺と油そばのお店。カウンターが8席と2人掛けのテーブルが3つある。

盛りはキャベツとチャーシュー、ねぎとオーソドックスなトッピングに加えて、珍しくイカ天と海苔天が付いている。 麺も広島つけ麺には珍しい平打ちの麺。やや細目でタレによく絡む。

キャベツは柔らかめで甘味を重視、チャーシューもしっとりとした肉でパサつきはない。

ここの特徴はタレにあり、ほんのりとエスニックな香りが立つ珍しい風味。魚貝の旨味が加わって、もはや酒の肴としても食べられるのじゃないかと思うほど。 辛さをラー油に頼っていないからか油のくどさはなく、タレも薄くなりにくいので箸が進む。 イカ天と海苔天はこのタレに潜らせて食べても美味い。

卓上にはブレンドされた唐辛子スパイスとゴマがあり、足りなければ足せる。 タレの辛さはやや控えめなので、得意な人は5辛でもいける。

なかなか攻めた味で素晴らしいと思う。油そばを始めとして他のメニューも、トマトだれや麻辣など美味しそうなラインナップ。

駐車場は付近にたくさんのコインパーキングがある。相場は20分／200円で、最大料金が1,300～1,500円ほど。平和公園がすぐ近くにあるので、観光がてらに訪れるとコスパがよいかと思う。
