Disappointing Experience at Mozaik Restaurant - One Star My recent visit to Mozaik restaurant at the Hilton was incredibly disappointing, earning it a dismal one-star rating. The buffet, which should be a highlight, was poorly maintained throughout our meal. Dishes were consistently empty, and it felt like there was little to no effort made to refill them in a timely manner. This meant a significant portion of the advertised buffet was simply unavailable. Beyond the food, the service was virtually non-existent. We waited a long time for even basic attention..so drinks were just never received. I went there with my friend yesterday. The man who was greeting us to the seat was very cute and nice♥️ The atmosphere in the restaurant is beautiful and gorgeous. There are heaps of foods from different countries. They are delicious. We ordered two glasses of Sparkling wine for us. The one who served them are very gentle, nice and helpful. Mahiro san and Kevin from France. One of my favourite sweets is bread and butter pudding. If you live in Hiroshima, I recommend going there to have a meal at once. We are satisfied with the foods and so on. looking forward to coming again....

I've been to Mozaik for at least 5 times now, and I will be coming back for more. Mozaik has both quality and diversity of food with lots of options to choose from. The flavor is great and the presentation beautiful. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxing. Above all, the staff are the best. Friendly, welcoming and vibrant. I love relaxing here.
