Bridges — Restaurant in Hiroshima

I took my wife to Sheraton for her birthday and we had the French buffet that evening. We were greeted by lovely attentive staff who showed us to our table. We had a wonderful table with a view of the station . The food was beyond our expectations and here is why. From what I have seen in other hotels in Hiroshima they try to do too much in the way of food offerings. Sheraton did not make this mistake. The food that was offered was enough but most importantly it was on target with the flavors and presentation. We both work in the hospitality industry in Hiroshima and we were both very pleased with the food and service . The desserts were also well done especially the caramel pear mousse and the mille feuille. The selection was overall very good and the taste was indeed French. We will be back again to sample this menu . Thank you to all the staff on the floor and to the Chefs who delivered the right food the right way and made our night...

I came here for sweets buffet limited for Easter featured!! It was very very fantastic!!! This place is amazing restaurant!!! I highly recommend you this!! Looks very popular so challenging to make the reservation for sweets buffet event like this. But even if you could not get the reservation try to make a call, sometime they make a special arrangements or take a seat for you!! Great service! Of course not only the great various desserts they served delicious pasta, pizza, breads , salad and so on!! All yummy!!! You will love...

Reasonable price for a hotel buffet. Selection of mexican food seemed minimal despite them having an American/Mexican cuisine fair. More like Tex-Mex but i only remember seeing chili con carne, salsa salad (which wasn't pico de gallo but more like diced tomatoes with tortilla chips and leafy greens) and wannabe fajitas.

All in all, i can't be mad since it didn't say Authentic American/Mexican cuisine fair. And a majority of the other food...
