Casino — Restaurant in Hiroshima

When I came across this restaurant as a westerner living in Japan, I got so excited! Finding a good steak (aside from Wagyu) is sometimes hard here. After visiting I would say we were left slightly disappointed as we really wanted a T-bone steak but they were out by the time we sent our order in. The seasonal vegetables were delicious, the Wagyu was beautifully crusted and even the bread was delicious (does not come with butter or oil which is such a missed opportunity to have some kind of Hokkaido compound butter as a star). We also ordered the lamb spare ribs which were, unfortunately, underdone, chewy and simply not good, which is why I had to give a 4/5 (would’ve given 3.5 if possible) Wine list is also pretty great which helped!
