Pacho — Restaurant in Hiroshima

Absolutely the worst meal I’ve had in Japan. The food was shockingly poor - the soup was completely bland, the shrimp ajillo was overloaded with pepper powder, the steak was so tough it couldn’t even be cut properly, and the oysters were overcooked to the point of being rubbery.

To make matters worse, the staff served us the wrong dish, and when we started eating it (not realising it wasn’t ours), they actually scolded us for doing so. Even after that, they didn’t bring out the meal we originally ordered, leaving us waiting for ages. When we asked to cancel, they initially refused, but eventually did after I explained there was no point serving the rice since we were already almost done eating.

Overall, it was a huge disappointment - terrible food, poor service, and zero accountability. Definitely not...

‼️Tourists Beware‼️ Probably one of the WORST steak we've ever had. We got the 'recommended' wagyu beef steak for 3k yen. You expect the meat to be tender and tasty. However, you couldnt even poke them with a fork, let alone chew them. Additionally, there was no taste to the meat. When we complaint, he showed a printed pamphlet saying that this part of meat is lean and has minimal fat. No matter how you wanna argue, he would just point at the writing. I guess a lot of customers has made...

It's in the station which is convenient but can make it busy. Really confused as to why it's listed as an Italian restaurant, even their own website states it's Italian and French themed.

Definitely had much more of a Japanese influence on the dishes imo, at least in the lunch menu.

Either way, the food here was good. The hamburger steak was really moist and juicy....
