I heard about the sister store on SNS, but opted to visit this store as it was a short walk from where I was staying. The store seems to be a renovated traditional Japanese house. The exposed wood and natural, neutral colours give the store a relaxing and comfortable vibe.
The kodawari tamago (seperated egg where you whip the whites) is the main "gimmick" of the store, and there are some instructions provided in both Japanese and English. You separate and whip the egg yourself, a small whisk is provided and you do it by placing the stem between your palms and rubbing them back and forth.
