Lunch time line was well worth the wait. We sat upstairs and we ordered soon after sitting down.

I got the avocado burger which had a whole, ripe avocado in it and it was absolutely delicious! Toasted buns and good quality patty.

I got it as a set, but to be honest the portion of salad was really dismal. The dressing had some hints of blue cheese which pleasantly surprised me. I would probably not get the set again and spend the extra on a proper fries side.

Boyfriend got the Hungry set and again a bit disappointed with the portion size of the fries. But burger was great and there are even instructions on how to reuse the sauce after eating it to put...

Glad other people had a better experience. But I waited literally 45 minutes to get the Cobb salad (after watching the two people I was with finish their burgers and others in the restaurant get served before me). The cheese was still frozen. It didn’t look like the photos here, I think they were light staffed or didn’t know how to make it. Really disappointed. I have been trying curries in Osaka and Kyoto over the past two weeks (the colder weather demands some comfort food) and this one stood out for its simplicity, mild sweetness, a hint of caraway (?), no meat, but the option to add on some toppings (I chose pickled jalapeños and some avocado slices). It was delicious. I also appreciated the side of fresh, crispy salad.

Great atmosphere inside, super friendly staff, and even though I did not have one, the burgers (and the brioche buns they come on)...
