Our 3-day, 2-night stay, priced at 30,000 Yen, offered a mixed bag. On the positive side, the rooms were super clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment. However, the check-in process was notably tedious, requiring us to write down everyone's details on a form, which felt like a bit of a time-waster. The most surprising and unnerving discovery came the night before our checkout: we realized there was a GRAVEYARD🪦🪦🪦 located nearby. All "amenities" are misleading and under delivered. "Shuttle service" is a single van that only runs once an hour in the evening and is basically booked up by the first few guests who arrived early to leave their luggage. "Left luggage" is allowing your things to occupy random floor space in the check in office. "Front desk staff" is actually only for a few hours a day, and even then, you would be lucky to find a soul. "Check in staff" are curt people who will only speak to you after waiting your turn in line to fight with the sole automated kiosk. The location is great. Perfect for 1 night short stays. The carpets and sofa really needs refurbishing. I stayed 5 nights and everyday there is noise from next door and upstairs. From 6am onwards you’ll also hear traffic. It very convenient to the hospital and hence you’ll hear the ambulance too. Entrance has a couple of steps and despite having a wheelchair lift, the staff are not aware of how to operate and there are bicycle seats parked just at the entrance of the lift.
