Arashiyama Sousuke Kiyomizu-dera — Restaurant in Kyoto

Wonderful staff, fresh ingredients and really big portion (each skewer was bigger than my palm). Chef is really good with the cooking, to the point it is best eating it without sauce. Extremely delicious. I had the grilled scallop, grilled octopus and grilled prawn. The prawn was sweet, the meat of the prawn was Al dente, bounces off your teeth when biting into it. The octopus was cooked in butter and also was to Al dente, just bounces off your teeth when biting into it. Finally had the scallop, it was sweet, strong fresh seafood fragrance and all of the flesh is cooked so well it melts in your mouth.
