Kokodosu — Restaurant in Kyoto

I wanted cha soba, and I got it! Super yummy! I agree though with other reviews that it could have had a little more shrimp, but I understand everything is expensive these days so oh well. I’m glad I got to taste it here though! Very good 🫶

Also the shop owner was very nice to me! It started POURING rain outside and even though no one else was in the shop, and I had finished my food, she let me stay until I was able to call a taxi when I realized the rain was not going away! Very kind of her!...

A hidden gem. This place is helmed by a friendly and warm hearted elderly couple, which you could feel it through the homely and coziness of the restaurant.

Their soba are delicious together with the flavourful soup. For those who preferred intense flavoured food may go for their curry udon. A disposable bib will be provided for those who ordered the curry udon so you do not have to worry the curry will splatter onto your clothes as you slurped the curry...

Walking past this store the menu caught our eyes and we do not regret it.

We ordered the beef soba noodles and it was just perfect. The Beef was amazing, the noodles were filling and the soup base was amazing. 🤤
