Definitely one of my all time favorite bars in Japan. The bartender is very nice, the drinks are great and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. I seriously can’t recommend this bar enough!! We will DEFINITELY be coming back next time we visit Kyoto! Side notes: the bar opens at 8/2000, even though Apple Maps says it opens at 1800 Bartender speaks good english Small bar, smoking is allowed inside Prices are extremely reasonable and the selection is amazing.

會講英文 可以抽煙的小酒吧 裡面座位不多 在三樓 會在意煙味的人先不要來了 老闆很親切 健談 有爽朗的笑聲 會跟你英文聊天 原來老闆已經在這邊經營十年了但不太在意評論 推薦一個人不知道要去哪裡的旅客 這裡環境不錯

Great little place. Up three flights of stairs, bar man is great, very welcoming and speaks good English, kept us entertained throught our stay. Plays some of his favourite music on a vinyl player, great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for a quite relaxed drink, 5 seats at the bar and a few seats behind them, great range of alcohol. 2 mins walk from...

Bartender spoke great English and was a great all around person to talk with. We exchanged stories, ambitions and dreams and bonded over drinks. I'll be in Kyoto for three more days and I'll continue to spend more time...
