I went there on a weekend, after getting a bit tired from walking around. The owner is incredibly warm and kind, and politely starts by asking you to disinfect your hands before introducing you to the cat. The cat is a beautiful old lady, and very very soft. I was the only customer in the store, but I felt very welcomed. The store owner was very understanding, and very patient with my limited Japanese, even kindly helping me learn a bit. I was able to order a cold matcha latte, even though it wasn't on the menu, which shows that she really cares about accommodating you and making sure you have a nice experience. The drink was delicious and sweet, and prepared with a lot of care. While I sat and drank my drink, the store owner continued talking with her family, and it was a very wholesome and peaceful vibe.
