Almost delayed my checkout

I received a free breakfast coupon and decided to dine in before it expires. I ordered cheese sandwich and apple juice, and was given a pager to notify me when my order was ready. However, the pager never ring whatsoever. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I asked the employee, and it turned out they had forgotten my order. I had to rush back to my room to pack and clean up everything before checkout at 11 a.m. and It was such a waste of time. Great little coffee spot. Many different drink options, cold or hot, available with milk-alternatives. They taste amazing and even come with latte-art :) Had the tunamelt grilled sandwich and it was perfect, the desserts such as the cheesecakes, cookie or bananabread are all fresh, not too sweet and super tasty. The photos on Google looked so promising. In reality it was a disappointment.

Cappuccino had no foam and tasted bland and watery. The banana bread tasted like a very dry piece of regual bread. Additionally, there was only one song playing in a loop for the whole time (I spent around 40 minutes there). Service was nice.
