11-7-24 Loved all the items that we chose! He had the ham & cheese and the hot dog. He enjoyed both! I had the olives bread and the round bread with cheese and raisins. I marveled at the texture and chew of the olives one. I was surprised at the cheese one because I thought it was a savory bread but it was savory and sweet. I enjoyed the crustiness and chewiness along with the pops of sweetness from the raisins and what I think was honey on the top. Yum! I'm sad that I didn't write down the official names of these breads but happy that I took photos before we ate. Next time we're in Kyoto, we'll surely return to this wonderful bakery so we may enjoy these breads again and try even more of their offerings!...

I bough 6 diffent bread this morning . I went there around 8:30 am. Most bread selection came out. A lot of tourist eat breads outside of store.

All bread is not that big so I can get several different bread to try to taste .

I recommend eat just outside of store when you get . baked same day morning . I tasted it after couple of hours later. Bread is inside plastic bag so texture become just little bit hard to chewing . But still good.

I think instead of plastic bag, it is better to pack in paper box specially just...

Outstanding little bakery! Seek this place out! Everything is in Japanese, all the customers at 715am were asian(except me) but I was greeted warmly and I got in line with everyone else. Grab a tray and tongs and circle thru the small customer space. The bakers are working away right behind the counter and replacing empty shelves constantly.
