I was not very happy with my meal. I think the staff was a little bit overwhelmed. The owner is trying to serve so many people at once and the staff can't handle the demand.

The beef steak was very small, the display looked much larger. Very expensive and felt like a rip off. It want very flavorful and was served cold. The potatoes were under cooked and also very little flavor.

The bread tasted cheap and was served without butter. I had to ask for butter and was given a small bit of butter. Not enough butter lol

Most of the good desserts were sold out. The desert I got wasn't very good. The coffee was kind of gross, tasted bitter and sour.

Service was very slow, it took got ever for us to get our food. My wife liked her hamburg steak though, I was jealous of her order.

I had pretty low expectations for Italian food in a Japanese train station, and I was surprised how good the food really was! This is located on the 11th floor of Kyoto station, I think in the Food Paradise section. They have a fixed price options for $25 that includes appetizer, bread, main dish, and dessert. They also have a la carte options. We got the fixed price plus an additional entree, and that was just right for two people to share. The prosciutto (ham) and mozzarella salad was delicious and fresh. We also really liked both the crab tomato cream pasta and the lamb with basil sauce. The tiramisu tasted authentic. Nice taste and reasonable price. The lunch set with dessert is a satisfying lunch, you can choose the main dish, the dessert and tea of your choice, I enjoyed both the original 100 years hamburger with Japanese rice and the strawberry tart, unfortunately the camomile tea paring with my dessert, need more quality of taste for the good ending of the meal but I have to say that their tomato salad appetizer is a must! Love it! 🍅✨

Service is quite good with helpful waitresses, except one thing that they forgot serving butter for my husband’s bread. Ordering food is able with some english speaking staff and google translate app. Card payment is excepted.
