We came to this restaurant for the novelty of an entirely matcha themed meal: matcha was in our curry noodles, our cold soba, and all over our parfait.
The surprise was how the base flavour of matcha could effectively add subtlety into a variety of dishes, without making all of them taste the same either. We appreciated how the bitterness minimised the oiliness from an otherwise dense curry sauce, or creamy soft serve ice cream.
