Itsuki's Bar — Restaurant in Kyoto

Unfortunately we didn't discover this amazing place since the begin of our visit in Kyoto. But after we found it, it became our daily stop at the end of the day. The owner is an amazing guy very welcoming, kind and nice. He is an expert bartender and he know what he is doing. You can always expect from him great recommendations. This bar is amazing. I passed by it kind of by accident, and I ended up going there every night I was in Kyoto and had a great time. Ended up making a few friends here too! The drinks are incredible, the atmosphere is relaxing and opulent, and the owner is super nice and funny. I especially loved the soft jazz in the background while sci-fi movies played silently on a TV above the bar. I was in japan for a month and visited multiple cities but my fondest memory of the whole trip is my one night I spent in this bar with a good friend and the owner who I also consider my friend. We listened to music until 8am enjoyed fine bottles and cigars together, the level of hospitality is unmatched I hope you still have my belt buckle from Texas.
