We reserved at Irifune to enjoy a famous Kaiseki Ryori Dinner. We chose the seasonal local set menu. The restaurant atmosphere with the wonderful view of the Kyoto mountains, the nice little garden in front of the window and the wonderful friendly staff was great. The dinner was a dream, every dish was it's own unique journey with great taste. We were fully satisfied and are thankful to have been able to enjoy such a beautiful and special dinner.

Ich habe hier zum Mittagessen eine japanische Bentobox probiert, die echt lecker war. Zudem war ich hier einmal zum Frühstück und fand es sehr lecker. Wobei ich es beim Frühstück sehr komisch fand, dass Orangensaft extra gekostet hat. Es ist ein guter Ort für traditionelles japanisches Essen in einer traditionellen und authentischen Atmosphäre. Das Personal war auch sehr gastfreundlich. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.
