Kagonoya — Restaurant in Kyoto

Popped into this chain restaurant's Kyoto location for lunch, having previously enjoyed the same meal in Osaka. True to form, it didn't disappoint. Each table comes equipped with an iPad for ordering, complete with dish images, so you know exactly what you're getting. Opted for the two seasonal set meals, both of which were delightful.

Pricing was reasonable, and the service friendly and efficient. Despite not having a reservation, the wait was only about 20 minutes, even with a few groups ahead of us—tables turn over quickly here.
