When you try it, the buttery flavour and mellow aroma will spread, and it will slowly melt in your mouth while leaving behind milkiness. . The generous amount of cream sandwiched in the middle of the pastry has just the right amount of softness, yet firmness to be easy to eat. The soy milk cream is combined with our special "home-roasted soybean flour", filling your mouth with a fragrant aroma. . To add the finishing touches to the flavor, there is raw chocolate made with kinako. The richness and sweet flavor that comes directly from the chocolate is expressed at the perfect time. . Once you've enjoyed the taste as it is, you can enjoy it with the very rare maple nouveau. Add a little more flavor with the "oi (chasing) soybean flour" that only this kinako store can offer. So delicious. Absolutely add the roasted soybean powder to everything to experience how it changes the flavors. Also, I really recommend the take-away pudding, it was delicious, not too sweet, and really let the flavor of the roasted soybeans shine through.

When it's busy you may need to give your name to the cashier at the cash register when you walk into the store. You will then be directed upstairs when there's a seat available. When it's not busy, you'll probably be directed upstairs as soon as you let the store cashier know you're there...

I originally saw this on instagram, it looked so pretty so I came here. Had to get a ticket with wait time, and just came back when the time was up. That was a convenient way to queue.
