We had an AMAZING Kaiseki experience with Ayumi and her husband. She spoke great English and he is a master chef indeed. From the moment we arrived we were treated like honored guests as if in their home, and the tatami mat room where they host the kaiseki dinner is simple, but beautiful. Ayumi explained each dish that was offered and they were all spectacular. We also ordered the pressed conger eel, and it did not disappoint.
