旅遊那麼多，在你們餐廳的體驗最不好！！！訂了1/25晚上6點9位，一入座說限時2小時用餐，但是，訂位網站上沒寫、訂位後也沒告知！！！

我們旅遊中訂了很多餐廳，若有時間限制的、不接待小孩、收開胃菜費、低消或任何的要求，我們會自己取捨合適的！從不會強求！

我們邊自己使用翻譯機邊點餐花了20幾分鐘，極小的兩張桌子在菜上來後陸續放不下，我們要吃很快，不然手上要端著放不下的某道菜，非常沒有放鬆的感覺！！！我們兩家庭原本計畫好好的聚餐就被你們破壞了！！！

之後請會日文的家人寫訊息去IG詢問，很多天以後才回覆「為了能接待更多客人，我們都會在預計人將很多的情況前先告知」，你們這是當下告知，我們幾週前訂位才是提早！非常差的體驗！！！非常不推薦這間餐廳！！！覺得有歧視的成份！！！

I'm leaving my first Google review for your restaurant!

After traveling so much, our experience at your restaurant was the worst!!! We made a reservation for 9 people at 6 PM on January 25th. As soon as we were seated, we were told there was a 2-hour dining limit. However, this was not mentioned on the booking website, nor were we informed after making the reservation!!!

During our travels, we’ve booked many restaurants. If there were time limits, no children allowed, appetizer fees, minimum charges, or any other requirements, we would have made our own decisions accordingly! We never force anything!

It took us over 20 minutes to order using translation apps, and then the two extremely small tables couldn’t fit all the dishes once they arrived. We had to eat quickly, or else we’d have to hold dishes that didn’t fit on the table. It was far from relaxing!!! What was supposed to be a nice dinner for our two families was completely ruined by your restaurant!!!

Later, we had a family member who speaks Japanese message your IG account to inquire. After many days, you replied, 'To accommodate more guests, we inform customers in advance when we expect a large crowd.' But you only informed us on the spot, while our reservation was made weeks ago—that’s what ‘in advance’ means!

This was an extremely poor experience!!! We highly do not recommend this restaurant!!! Feel...

I never heard about this place before I visited randomly at night, which is such a big surprise that how good the atmosphere here and especially the food, amazing food😇 Despite I was really hungry, the sashimi suit blowed my mind, each piece of them has quite different flavor and taste, every bite is a fresh experience, I almost cried after finishing our first dish. And the tenpura, the rice whatever, really satisfying, I will definitely visit again …next ...
