We recently visited the restaurant and, unfortunately, left a bit disappointed. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful – so the service was definitely not the issue.

The starters were on the smaller side, which was fine and in line with our expectations. The chicken wings were tasty and well-marinated in a good sauce, and the nachos were nicely topped and flavorful.

The main courses, however, were underwhelming. All the pizzas were overly salty and poorly balanced in toppings – too much tomato sauce and far too little cheese. The carbonara arrived cold, with spaghetti that were extremely al dente and served in a very small portion. The guanciale was not crispy but rather undercooked, which unfortunately made it less enjoyable.

Worst restaurant experience I can remember. Had to wait outside for 20 minutes even though there were several tables available inside. The door was left open so there was a constant cold draft throughout the restaurant. The drinks were nice in fairness (after we eventually received them). The ‘Pintos’ were absolutely dreadful pieces of stale bread with some cheese and game strewn across them. We ordered the beef fajitas as the main. There was an almost comical scene when the waiter attempted to set fire to the hot plate with some flammable liquid only to find his lighter has run out of gas. One this has played out the fajitas were almost inedible. It was like biting into a piece of dried out rope. They had thrown some raw vegetables into the hot plate which were also inedible. 大人の為のオールデイズダイニング。

京都駅ビルにあるオールデイズダイニングです。東西に長い京都駅の地上、烏丸中央口を出て駅ビル沿いを右に少し歩くと右手に見えてきます。

今回は友人と一緒にディナーより少し早い時間に行きました。オールデイズダイニングなのでいつでも同じメニューが注文できます。

夕方6時を過ぎると平日でも徐々に席が埋まっていき、ディナータイムになるとほぼ満席に。 一応予約して行ったほうが良いかも知れません。

今回はあいにくアルコールは頂きませんでしたが、特にビールの種類が豊富でお勧めらしいです。

料理はどれも美味しく、特にフィッシュ&チップス、アヒージョ類が美味！（魚はタラかな？）お値段もそれなりにしますが、量も結構あるので数点注文したけど2人では残してしまった💦

京野菜などを利用した観光客も楽しめる珍しいメニューが多くて目移りします。数テーブルに1〜2人くらいのスタッフが付き、店員さんは若いですが忙しい時間以外は気配りもしっかりされてました。英語が出来るスタッフも居ました。

ただちょっと残念だったのが食後のデザートに出来るようなスイーツのメニューが無かった事。

折角コーヒーの種類が多いのにスイーツ系はゼロ…アイスとかケーキを少し置いて頂けるとお酒ダメ系にとっても満点かな。

壁の一面は市芸の学生さんとコラボしたデザインになっていてとってもおしゃれ。こんな雰囲気のお店が京都駅周辺のアクセスしやすい場所にもっと増えると嬉しい🥹

It was a restaurant with a calm atmosphere.

This is an all-day dining restaurant located inside the Kyoto Station building. Exit the Karasuma Central Exit of Kyoto Station, which runs east to west, and walk a little to the right along the station building, and you will see it on your right.

This time I went a little earlier than dinner with a friend. It's all-day dining, so you can order the same menu any time.

Even on weekdays, the seats gradually fill up after 6pm, and by dinner time the restaurant is almost full. It might be better to make a reservation just in case.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to drink alcohol this time, but I highly recommend it, especially since they have a wide variety of beer.

All the dishes are delicious, especially the fish & chips and ajillo! (Perhaps the fish was cod?) The price was reasonable, but the portions were large, so we ordered several items, but it may have been a lot for two people.

There are many unusual menus for tourists that use Kyoto vegetables, so you'll be spoiled for choice. There were one or two staff members at each table, and although they were young, they were very attentive except when it was busy. There were some staff members who could speak English.

However, I was a little disappointed that there was no sweets menu to serve as an after-meal dessert.

There are many types of coffee, but there are no sweets... Even if you can't drink alcohol, you might have been more satisfied if you had ice cream or cake.👍
