We visited this restaurant around 10:30 PM, and as soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted with a loud and rude shout of "We are closed." If the restaurant closes earlier than the stated time, it’s essential to update the hours on Google to avoid misleading customers.

I specifically asked about vegetarian or vegan options for the next day and even showed the staff a translation from Google Translate to make my query clear. However, the staff member (a girl) refused to listen and kept repeating, "We are closed," in a dismissive tone. This lack of basic courtesy and unwillingness to help was extremely disappointing.

Customer service is crucial, especially when catering to diverse dietary needs. I hope the management improves communication and updates their closing...
