First of all, they have an English menu, even though I can understand some Japanese, and Google Lens works wonders too. The workers do understand some English, so ordering was no issue. We didn't have to wait too long for the food, but did for about 20-30 minutes to get in, with about 4-5 people in front of us. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hamburg was so juicy, I got the twin Hamburg with steak sauce and teriyaki and mayo, the steak sauce was a bit too salty, but the teriyaki and mayo was oishii. The low star rating is due to our meals being served separately even though peak dining hadn't started, and the bench seat I sat only smelt like stale wee... massive detraction from the overall positive experience. Worth a visit if you crave a western hit, but watch...
