Aug 2020 edit: I can't stop coming here. They don't bother me about studying long times since my school won't let me in. They had great bento during the state of emergency. They still socially distance the tables, so it's comfortable to be in here. The food is still good and the drinks are tasty. So what I'd they're stubborn? It's a country of stubborn people, including me.
Food is alright and the space is clean and fairly comfortable. Service can be pretty awful. I've been here a dozen times. They won't give you a coke for lunch without upcharging you even though it's the same price as set drinks like orange juice or coffee. They say it's because they prepare extra for lunch but how hard is it to have a coke? Another time they completely forgot my order so I was just waiting and waiting until I finally asked and found out. Servers don't check on you or really care to the point that they make you fill your own water while all 6 of them stand around. You order through QR code which can translate the menu to English.
