First time in one of the Tully’s coffee shops. I had been put off by poor reviews for another branch. Glad we tried it though as the Cappuccino was very good. Still a few seats available despite it being lunch time. The four women working behind the counter were so nice, smiling when they interacted with customers. They were also very patient when a couple of customers took 10 minutes to order their food. There was a nice relaxed...

Hopeless place to have a relaxing moment with great coffee. Why? In all corners of the shop, people (Japanese) are having lengthy phone calls, and even zoom meetings. At 2PM on a working day. I think the shop should put up signs to prohibit this type of meiwaku (troublesome) behavior. I will not come back to this shop, even though I like...
