The meal was delicious, the best we had during a one week stay in Kyoto. The unagi was cooked to perfection and the portion was just enough for us - we opted for the whole unagi set per person. It was a true culinary experience that you just can’t have anywhere else. The texture of the unagi surprised me so much at how soft it was with a delicate flavour to suit.
