Một tiệm bánh nhỏ mà tôi tình cờ ghé vào, nhưng chất lượng thật sự tuyệt vời. Tôi mua thử croissant, bánh mì và vài loại bánh nhỏ — món nào cũng ngon bất ngờ. Có thể cảm nhận rõ nguyên liệu như bơ và bột đều rất chất lượng. Đặc biệt là chiếc croissant nhân phô mai — lớp vỏ nhiều tầng, giòn rụm và mỏng tang, phô mai thơm béo cực kỳ hấp dẫn. Không gian quán được thiết kế rất đẹp, với lò nướng lớn đặt ngay giữa nhà và phong cách industrial cá tính, chắc hẳn do một kiến trúc sư có gu thực hiện. Điểm trừ duy nhất là quán mở cửa hơi muộn (tầm 11h sáng), nên nếu bạn muốn ăn sáng thì phải chờ một chút.
A small pastry shop I randomly stumbled upon, but the quality was truly impressive. We tried their croissants, buns, and small cakes — everything was excellent. You can tell they use high-quality butter and flour. The cheese-filled croissant was especially amazing — beautifully layered, super crispy, and paper-thin on the outside, with rich and aromatic cheese inside. The shop itself is beautifully designed, featuring a big oven right in the center and an industrial-style interior that feels thoughtfully crafted — definitely the work of a skilled architect.
