This 8 course meal is a two and half hour journey that is excellent from start to finish.
Squid with mushroom Tuna tartare Asparagus Pasta with uni Wagyu short rib on risotto Tomato gazpacho Wagyu steak Flan, ice cream, mango
Unfortunately I didn’t get a pictures of three dishes they were so beautiful that I jumped in and started eating immediately.
I have a gluten allergy which I wasn’t certain how that would go with this being an Italian restaurant. The staff were wonderful and modified every dish for me, including getting gluten free pasta just for me!

Read moreI wouldn't put this in Michelin territory. The first dish was a bit hard to eat. Serving it hot instead of cold would be much better. The second dish was revolting. Two of our three guests couldn't even eat it. The pasta dish was ok. Kinda thin, very seafood-tasting sauce. If it were thickened and salted better with Parmesan, it would have been much better. There were two Wagyu dishes, both of which tasted good. But the ingredient did the heavy lifting. The only dish that was both good and took skill was the Parmesan cream with jamon Iberico.
