My partner and I visited here today and I was so impressed by the lovely service. The barista helped me practice my Japanese which I really appreciated (as I am a rookie) and the coffee was delicious.

Food was also delicious and as someone who has been to Kyoto for the first time I really can’t recommend this enough . Thank you to the team today but especially the barista with the leg tattoos! We will be coming back here for sure and I don’t write many reviews so please trust me when I say this was a fab...

We staying 3 nights next door and Vermillion became our go-to cafe for our breakfast as of day 1. Coffee mocha are delicisous 😋 as well as avocado toast and granola. And apparently, hot chocolate are the best of Japan. Our kids wanted their Vermillion hot chocolate every morning. Highly recommended
