Fujinami Sushi — Restaurant in Matsumoto

I came here because of a review on google map and left here with good impression. First of all, there's no English menu and menu is written in japanese by brush style font so it can't be translated by google translate. I chose to order "Omakase set" as i had some experience with omakase style of preparing before ( chef will bring you a sushi one by one and will try to express to you what type of fish is it and how they prepare it and so on). I have to say that this sushi restaurant can deliver a very nice experience, taste, freshness of materials, ambient and environment. I'd recommend to come as a couple as this shop is very small (6 seats in front of bar and one small table for 4 inside a room). I'd add one more star if they can provide some additional support for foreigner, as it is highly recommended by many sources...

A Sushi gem in Matsumoto. We were told that we were lucky to find a place, as only less than 10 people can eat there at the same time. Therefore reservation is recommended.
