Ichibanboshi Meieki — Restaurant in Nagoya

Attracted by the signboard that said "Kumamoto Ramen," I lined up with the waiting customers. The entrance to the store was narrow, and there was a ticket machine on the left wall of the aisle. Once you passed through the aisle, there was a dining area, but it wasn't very spacious, and there was a high chance of having to share a table with someone else if you were dining alone. I chose the tonkotsu ramen (750 yen) and ordered the flavored boiled egg as a topping. During lunchtime (11:00-14:00), you can get one of the following items for free: rice, flavored boiled egg, or extra noodles.

The tonkotsu soup had no strong smell and was relatively light, which paired well with the straight thin noodles. The chashu was very tender, and the boiled egg was perfectly cooked. Topping the ramen with the "rayu miso" and "grated garlic" provided on the table made it spicier and even...

麺は特注のストレート麺。

久しぶりにこっち系のTypicalな黄色系の麺食べましたがスタンダードな元祖らーめんな感じがして良いですね😇

テーブルにあるニンニクチップを振りかけて食べるのもまた一興。

優しい味に加わるガツンと感とサクサクパリパリ感。
