Well... Japanese restaurants are on another standard. I'm not gonna rate everything 5 stats, so me switch to extremely picky mode. Overall, a good place to catch up with friends or a date. Good food, but can do better. I hope the waiters can provide more instructions to foreigners, those clams and shellfish aint...

We were greeted by one of the staff as we entered the restaurant with my family but once we expressed our insufficiency of understanding much Japanese, the staff immediately escorted us out the restaurant and kept telling us, “ Japanese only, Japanese only”. Really sadden by the rude attitude treated...

Today I visited this restaurant again and wrote a review. The store does a great job of keeping items level. The seafood is fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the bacon and horse horse mackerel, my favourites, are no longer available. ……………………………………………………………………… (4 years before) Nice atmosphere, nice food!

It’s smoking restaurant but they manage smoke really good so I don’t have that problem. Service is good, everything is quick and staffs are nice (can speak english a bit). Food just average but very cheap and satisfied, they have various choices of food. They have photos and english, Chinese, Korean menu.

Very good value for fresh seafood. Plenty of fresh shellfish(clams, whelks etc) to be cooked at the table. Sashimi was great, the uni/salmon for/minced tuna was a bomb. This is a chain store that's seen around the country, and it is stuffed with young locals, great ambience overall.
