How I miss a good bowl of authentic raw beef pho after eating here. This place is remotely akin in presentation but tastes nothing like Vietnamese, be it north or south style. All the essential herbs lacking, even the lime that is basic to the bowl. They dare to replace it with a bottle of “lemon juice”

The broth is weak, the beef is under marinated and dry and rough.

The worse part is that they would serve up the Vietnamese coffee before anything else. The small cup turned completely cold after the noodles and since the ratio and the roast are more Japanese than Vietnamese, the sip is disgustingly unpleasant.

I wish there are better Vietnamese shops here in Nagoya. Really miss a good...

It's a charming and cozy spot, and their pho soup is really delicious. The only little thing I noticed is that the noodles are a bit on the small side compared to the hearty soup. Perhaps it was just the weekend, and they were running low on noodles.

I didn't take photos of the pho because it wasn't visually appealing—lacking veggies and having only a small amount of noodles. However, I have to say, it still tasted...

Not authentic Vietnamese taste. I had raw beef pho and fried Vietnamese spring roll. Surprisingly, no nước chấm was provided on the table. The spring roll had a little pot of nước chấm which was neither authentic nor tasty. I won't recommend it if you're looking for authentic...
