Towards the end of your meal, Yayoi has this practice of rinsing the residual of your rice with dashi, だし, other interesting thing about dining here, as we are together preventing food waste and at the same time enjoying our meal. A very popular teishoku spot with multiple branches. Fairly busy even in late morning but didn't have to line up. Wooden decor with booth style seating is nice. Service quite attentive and reasonably fast. There are free rice and soup refills as well as free savoury tea to make ochazuke.
Food is pretty good value and only have to spend around ¥1000-1500 per person. Quite tasty and high quality to boot.
