Makotoya Nara Kideracho — Restaurant in Nara

This newly opened ramen restaurant is worth a visit.

The broth is beef bone and full of flavour. The broth has a great balance of thickness and creaminess yet still light tasting.

The noodles work well with the broth and are perfectly cooked with the right texture.

The meat (chashu) is soft and tender - melts in your mouth.

The egg is truly amazing - perfection!!!

You can order different spice levels - hot, hotter and hottest.

The staff is very friendly and very attentive. The restaurant is very clean and has hand sanitizer throughout the restaurant.

This ramen restaurant was such an amazing find whilst taking the Nara city loop bus around.

Only one staff member on but she was absolutely amazing doing everything herself with no impact on quality of foor or service, good job!

The ramen itself was absolutely delicious, got spice level 3 and had a kick to it without compromising on the taste of the ramenbase. Hope to come here...
