The food here is an absolute explosion of deliciousness, bursting with bold, vibrant flavors that leave your taste buds singing with every bite. The naan? It’s beyond incredible—unreal, really—soft, warm, and perfectly chewy with just the right touch of crispiness on the edges, making it so addictive you’ll be reaching for more before you even realize it. And don’t even get me started on the Waterpan dessert—it’s stupidly good, a sweet masterpiece that’s the perfect way to cap off your meal. This place is an absolute gem, a must-visit for anyone and everyone in the area, whether you’re a local foodie or just passing through on a quick trip. The dishes are packed with life, the cozy vibe wraps you in warmth, and the staff? They’re so kind and considerate, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. It’s an unforgettable dining experience that you’ll be raving about for days. Highly, highly...

The food was fantastic here. It was reasonably priced and we were served decently large portions. The food was spicy, flavourful, and authentic here. They also had great Veg. options which is not common at all in Japan so this was like a breath of fresh air. My sister, mother, and grandmother ate as vegetarians at the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it. The kottu was super flavourful, the dal was comforting, and the fish cutlets were really great for the price. The owner and staff were also really kind and welcoming. We had some great chats and great food. Check out this place if you are in Nara, it’s just about a 10-15 minute walk from the Nara Deer Park which is where we came from. Thanks for...

I recently visited this Sri Lankan restaurant in Japan, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food was bland and lacked the authentic flavors I was hoping for. It didn’t taste fresh, and the spices were poorly balanced. I ended up with a stomach ache shortly after eating, which made the whole experience even worse. The quality just wasn’t up to standard, and I won’t be returning. I do not recommend this place to anyone craving real Sri...

What an experience! The chef welcomed us warmly and explained the menu. We ordered the couple set. It was delicious- more than enough food for 2, drinks and dessert and so many dishes to try. He shared the secret is mixing everything together - wow it was so tasty :) He asked where we were visiting from, and once we told him California, he played "Hotel California" and other great tunes. Generally, just such a good host and we had so much fun. Thank you!
