Popular coffee shop next to station. The queue was quite long but moved in timely manner. If you want to eat in, you have to walk around and get the table before back to place order in the queue. Apparently, tables were occupied as this place is popular and crowded. Special coffee menu was available. I ordered seasonal coffee with sakura fragrance and hubby special coffee of the day. Both were prepared with pouring technique. Coffee beans were nice but coffee came out quite light. We find coffee in Japan usually lighter than elsewhere so this shop offers a bit thicker coffee than others but still light for us. Atmosphere is nice but unfortunately it is not easy to get table. There is one bench to sit in front of the shop. You can enjoy coffee there and watch the crowd walking by ior taking selfie and doing TikTok in front of the shop.

The best one I've been to in Japan. I'm no expert, but I just love cafes, especially when traveling, and I absolutely love this one. I was a bit disappointed about Nara – they said 'all they had is deers,' and it seemed to be the case until I found this place. The latte was perfectly balanced, and the croissant was flaky and buttery (겉바속촉) to the point where I had to order another plate along with a cappuccino and a plain croissant. It would be even better if they had cinnamon powder, but I still had a pleasant experience there and would definitely visit this place anytime I come to this city. Great spot to take a rest after long walks in the park with tastes in a calming vibe.

While in Nara this is a definite Coffee lovers spot. I thoroughly enjoyed my latte but was blown away by the delicious French croissants. I had never had one before and it’s my new favorite breakfast dish! So much so I had to return the next day for more! The soft and sweet eggy center along with the crispy buttery shell is delectable combination. I also tried the lemon pound cake which paired well with my smooth latte. This chic cafe can be found down one of the walking streets lined with stores and restaurants. It is a popular spot run by only two employees so be prepared to wait 15-20 min. Your patience will be rewarded!

I tried a cup of single origin coffee. The coffee was not bad. If you are a coffee lover, you will enjoy this cafe. I also ordered a couple of baked goods: their croissant was crispy but not much butter flavor and layers=not croissant. Disappointed. Some people might like it as is though. You have to order one drink per person. Please be aware if your child does want to baked goods and you buy them, you still need to order one drink. A lot of coffee beans and coffee utensils are available as well. It's Location is convenient, fairly close to the Kintetsu Nara station, also in on street shopping area.

Warning: Skip it in the mornings esp on weekdays. Go only midday onwards. Real travellers go there in the morning to get food and coffee coz of their long train rides and early mornings to tick Nara off their bucket list before heading down to that mochi slapping store. If you get a brunch set here, you can have a seat, and enjoy the super flakey and very well made croissant. They have a variety of coffees and drinks. Be sure to take in the coffee bean wall. If you’re alone the lovely garden is a good place to stare into space over a pour over. The brownie is a skip. The chiffon is a must.
