しゃぶしゃぶ すき焼き食べ放題 但馬屋DX 心斎橋店 — Restaurant in Osaka

Came in on a whim and was wondering why a place with a perfectly decent buffet at reasonable prices wasn't packed, and it turns out it's probably because of some scam reviews from 6 or 7 years ago.

Well, either they've changed hands or improved a lot because I didn't experience any of the issues mentioned, and trust me, I was watching for all of them after what I read.

I chose the yuzu and chicken broths. Both were tasty even before I added anything. Both my first and second (fairly big) plates of beef were identical as pictured. I may lack the expertise to ascertain whether it's genuine Kobe Beef, but you can certainly see it's fresh and well marbled, and it was very tender when eaten. Even the chicken was delicious.

The vegetable bar had a decent selection and was well stocked till the end. The 3 indicated Haagen Dasz flavours were genuine. Someone came at exactly the 90-minute mark not even to tell me it's over, but to ask for my last order. I definitely heard a few tables conversing in Japanese, so it wasn't just a foreign tourist trap either.

The service, decor and atmosphere are nothing special. The service would be rated higher if they helped to skim the scum off the soup every so often like the staff do at many other hotpot places, for example, but overall, I had a good meal, and the bad reviews being the first to pop up is totally...

It was compaletly rubbish!!!!!!! Worse experience I ever had since I have been in japan for a week. Worse customer service I have ever seen in my life!!!!!! Believe me or not, we have chosen a decent beef type for our meal. The first dish of beef was good and nice to eat. Having what we was expected. We continue to order a second dish of beef!!! Which is completely, absolutely rubbish. It was totally a different type of beef and it looks like a frozen beef. The beef taste rough and EXTREMLY CHEWING. we can not swollow the beef. Me and my friend had to split out the beef. We end up eat vegetable for paying over 7000 yens!!! The second rubbish beef which taste DISGUSTING and being told this is the other part body from the beef which taste different. I am STRONGLY believe this is a LIE because it cannot be taste completely different from our first nice beef dish!!!!!!!! I am only giving my own opinion on the resutrant which hopes other TROUSIT like us will not go to this resutrant never ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
