One of the best meals I’ve had—not just in Japan, but in my life. Easily top 20. Read moreWe tried the Wagyu Low-Temperature Cooked Yukke Style with Soft-Boiled Egg — the triple combination of wagyu, creamy egg, and a subtle smoky flavour was absolutely amazing. A true must-have dish!

Beautifully cooked Italian flavours, small but carefully selected wine list, and a quintessentially Japanese diner! Such a memorable meal...
