A lovely champagne brunch that has wonderful service from the staff but it's very limited in choices.

When you've been to a Ritz Carlton Singapore champagne brunch your standards are extremely high so it was a disapppintment that the food offering was so limiyted here.

This is not the fantastic chef Natale Alessio and his hard working team's fault but more the lack of size of the restaurant/kitchen etc.

The champagne was at least on freeflow if only for 2 hours (it's unlimited along with cocktails, wine, beer in Singapore) but the food courses were really lacking.

There was a sparce salad menu, a choice of a 3-4 roast meats and a pasta dishe that you had to ask for and a pizza which they gave us a couple of slices of and again you had to ask for.

So not freeflow food but more a limited lunch with free flow champagne for 2 hours.

Of course it's vastly cheaper than Singapore so you get what you pay for.

I do want to thank the lovely smiley staff for celebrating our wedding anniversay and made our visit...

I love the salad dressing from this restaurant which I never try before “ apple honey” sesame and non oil shiso dressing. I tried the sesame and non shiso dressing from other brands. But, from this restaurant, the taste show the high quality. The miso soup taste nice and well balance, different from others. I think the chef has chosen the good quality ingredients. I ate a lot of vegetable with these 3 combinations. You can try for kiddos who dont like veggie. The ambience was so elegant like the old aristrocrate with the classical music accompany our breakfast. You wont regret staying at the Ritz Carlton Osaka and add on breakfast on it. Note: better ask for price, not sure for non guest price list for breakfast buffet. Mine is included because of guest staying...

Most pathetic service. Most of the staff is trainees and freshers.

Food is quite good. I highly recommend the "Artichoke, Parmesan Crouquette & Hazulnut Soup". However, the portion size is very small, and the serving is not hot enough.

Overall there is no coordination among the staff and they had no idea what was happening.

Even thought we mentioned several times that we are vegetarians, they served us some non-vegetarian bread sticks.

Portions sizes are extremely small...
