It's the nicest starbucks in Umeda, no contest.

Window-facing counters on three sides, a front and back terrace with plenty of outdoor seating. Nestled between Highrise buildings giving it a very New York feeling.

It is very clean and it's a very pleasant looking building.

Service 9 times out of 10 is perfect, quick and polite. I very rarely have any issues with my orders.

The downside is there is only one toilet and if you there is more than one of you, it may be difficult to find a seat as many people choose to sit one seat apart. This means plenty of seats but rarely two empty...

This month, they have pineapple frappuccino. Refreshing in a hot sweaty summer and perfect drink. They have a variety of short cakes and other pastries not seen in US. Just love...

Quiet terrace with 6 tables (24 seats), "far" from the street so no car smells/noise, and not directly in the sun (at least during mornings). Open earlier than most coffee shops around. Super friendly staff (twice at opening time, once later on...

I wish we had a Japanese version of Starbucks in US. Their menu is far better and it constantly changes depending on the season. This month, they have pineapple frappuccino. Refreshing in a hot sweaty summer and perfect drink. They have a variety of short cakes and other pastries not seen in US. Just love the selection.

他の方も書いてますが、確かに場所はわかりにくいし、梅田駅からちょっと遠いです。 ハービスENTとかPLAZAとかの横のきれいな地下道をひたすら歩き、前方右手に見えてくるホテルモントレーの緑の看板のところで右折。Holly's Cafeの横を道なりに歩いた先の斜め左側にある外へ登る階段を上がったところにあります。 遠かったですがテラス席はすごく気持ち良かったです。(風が少しある日はストローの袋等、ごみがとんでいかないようにだけ注意ですが。)ちょっと歩いてもまた行きたい。 店入口前のテラス席も良いけど、私は店奥のテラス席の方が好きです。 但し、店から漏れる光と、少しの間接照明くらいしか灯りが無いなので、写真の通り、テラス席は日が落ちると暗いです。カメラのおかげで、これでも実際より若干明るめに写ってますので、電子書籍じゃない紙の本での読書は厳しいかな。 お店のフリーWi-Fiもサクサク快適でした。 屋内のカウンター席ならコンセントもありましたので、PCでお仕事したい人にもオススメ。 しかし(この店に限った事ではないですが)スタバの紙ストロー…すぐ飲み物吸ってヘタるんですが…エコの為なのかもだけど、前のに戻してくれないかなぁ…。 後、私が見漏れてただけかもですが、お砂糖とかシロップとかの置き場にマドラーがなかったような…キッシュ用のフォークでティーラテまぜまぜしました…。
