Although we were first, two people who came after us were seated before we were. And also, I think it’s ridiculously silly to place a divider on a table in the middle separating the same group, but no dividers on the side of the table separating different groups. Like come on, it’s been 3 years now.
And while I’m typing this, I realized a group of 2 who were waiting outside when I got here, also came in complaining why they haven’t been seated yet. They have been waiting for over 20 minutes. No organization here and staff members don’t seem to speak Japanese well enough.
With that said, the pho is horrible - easily the worst pho I’ve ever had! There’s lettuce inside and it tasted more like a lettuce base soup and not a beef. Weird. The noodles are clearly store bought. Some parts were over cooked, while some were lumped together and undercooked. The only saving grace was the beef. It was tender and tasty. They didn’t even give me the lime or chili like advertised.
The chicken over rice was okay. Chicken was dry but rice was flavorful. Chili shrimp and squid had a decent taste and kick to it but the sauce looked like throw up. They forgot one of my orders as well.
Horrible experience with below average food. There’s no way a Vietnamese person would think this is tasty - at least not the beef pho I had.
The spring roll with lots of mushrooms was actually...

I mean the bread was crispy, fresh cilantro, the meat was marinated and grilled beautifully, and the pickled veggies were delicious. I have been drooling over it and excited to go back.
Today June 15th, I feel like I went to a run of the mill Japanese sandwich shop. The bread was elastic and chewy, the sandwich was drenched in Mayo sauce, slopping out with each bite, the cilantro was 90 percent stems, and the meat was ehh. What happened? I'm so bummed. I thought I had a banh mi go to in ...
Read moreWonderful food. Genuinely suprised considering Osaka is a pretty expensive place.
Great food and super quick service and really nice seating arrangements in various places . The prawns in each dish tasted fresh and the soups with noodles or far tastier than I expected them to be at the price. Bought enough food for 10 people and it cost less than 50 quid. Well worth stopping by if you’re in the mood for Vietnamese, especially after a hard day at...
